Subway in Freiburg im Breisgau

Hello everybody, actually I didn't want to write out of emotion, but the employee (I suspect "restaurant manager") is such a ******* unfriendly guy, so I immediately decided not to buy anything more there. This is not the first time it has happened. And it's the same guy every time. If you're reading this, please stop working and do something where you have no human contact! It sucks !! Please give the man feedback so that he may learn. Nice greeting Beka

The product purchased was fine. The seller was very unfriendly and absolutely did not advise, but rather waited in annoyance until you could say what you want for a product. For someone who eats there for the very first time, this is absolutely miserable and definitely a case for quality management. No customer friendliness, no advice, you didn't feel welcome. You have to say that it was a snapshot of a one-time visit, but even in such a case, the staff represent the company for me. I was in significantly better subways. This was definitely the worst branch I've been to so far. I will never buy anything to eat here again.

Unfortunately, the staff did not heed our requests, for example white cheese was ordered, and in the end there was cheddar on the sub. With a nachobox that was only ordered with cheese and nothing else, everything was cleaned up in the end anyway. Very bad service

Some time ago I ordered a sub with cream cheese and instead of the scoop scoop, the employee took a mini knife tip of cream cheese out of the bucket and was loud when I pointed out the mistake to him.

Dubious Turkish employees who mock guests because they eat pork, do not keep the shop clean, do not comply with the Corona measures, are insecure, let their friends sit around in the shop and often "bum" hours after the shop has closed. Worst subway I know

I don't like to leave one star reviews, but I have no choice here. On the subway website, this restaurant has an online ordering option, with a scheduled pick up time and everything, and requires online payment. I placed an order for pick up, and arrived at the designated time, only to be told that the restaurant does not in fact do online orders. The people working there did not offer any helpful advice in getting a refund- they told me to write an email, which I did, which did not get any response. I would still like my money back.

When filling, the employee dropped the salami slices in the tuna paste and put the stuffed stuff on top as if nothing had happened. When I asked him to fix the bug, he just kicked me out.

A subway branch, nothing special but if you know and like Subway it is definitely worth a visit.

The bread was dry as if it were several days old. The tables were dirty, although there was no one in the bar except me. The gangster music is way too loud. In addition, despite the sub of the day offer, they wanted the full price. Didn't find it funny that I just paid with Subway points because of that. I wouldn't eat here again.

Doesn't adhere to Corona rules. Far too little topping. Doesn't taste good compared to other subways. Unfriendly "boss". I will definitely not come back

I'm not one of those who really complain now. But we didn't get a tray so the sandwich had to be eaten on the foil. The tables were dirty and the best you got paper towels from the toilet instead of real napkins ... Napkins cost 1 € 50 pieces ... Nice that Subway is presented like that ..

Employee top. Manager friendly, but was gone for over 30 minutes. Since I had to wait for him for a coupon, my sub was already cold when he came. Unfortunately, the full price (coupon price) was charged anyway. Not even received a cookie or anything like that. I thought Subway was "fast food"

First of all: the sandwiches are delicious as usual! Unfortunately, the delivery took a total of about 2.5 hours and required several phone calls on our part. In addition, instead of Cola Zero Cola and only one and then the wrong cookie.

Very unfriendly, sometimes very neglected appearance, cell phone was more important to a staff than the guest. The baguette was partly already hard. I won't buy anything in the store again

Extremely rude and slow staff. Most toppings, breads and even salads are always out. Always fill the bread in a very minimalistic way and then want extra payments for the normal amount. Should rather rename to just 1 bread & 1 topping.

Manager doesn't abide by corona rules. Employees for this, change gloves regularly. Food tastes like Subway tastes good, old tried and tested. On the last visit unfortunately no onions. Unfortunately there are never any chips, only cookies.

Everything was super fresh here, the counter was very neat and clean. The staff were really more than friendly, that's how I like it. All in all great. Kudos to the staff!

I love Subway and I'm super glad that it is finally back in Freiburg. The only point of criticism, I stand in line for more than half an hour each time and therefore I actually have to pay for 20 min free parking, each time with an additional 2 euros, because it is exceeded. It was much faster in the past.

The food was okay. The guys at the counter just ask if you want everything at the start (for vegetables and sauces).

Slightly longer wait time but it is understandable since it is in the main station
